We will flow through some familiar postures (with intermediate options to increase your intensity), focusing on how to recruit every single muscle in your body to stay steady, strong and solid. Suitable for multi-levels, sweat guaranteed.
About Viviane Then
Viviane can’t really call herself a yogi. Her personal routine spans across multiple approaches beyond yoga, such as weights training, body strength and calisthenics, HIIT and more. Viv loves drilling movements down to techniques, believing that it takes patience, practice, and lots of laughter to progress. There’s no pose to pursue, but instead the joy of lesser pain and easier movement to delight in. Trust her on progress, considering she failed continuously at the Sit and Reach fitness station every year in her younger days!
