Sue is certified in YAI 200 & 300 Hrs Yoga Instructor in Transformational Yoga. She started to see herself through each posture, each breath. The experience of pain from her body taught her to have self-compassion, and she released her negative emotions through the yoga postures, helping her to forgive despite her traumatic experiences. She realized her stiffness in life came from her physical body and rigid mind-set, numbing her feelings. Through yoga, she started to experience inner peace again.
She aims to help people focus on the inner connection with our body, mind and heart, expanding our relationship with life on Earth. With her motto, “I care therefore I exist”, Sue helps her students find their sacred intimacy connection they deserve.
