About Pam Chen
As a Muay Thai enthusiast, it is no surprise that Pam’s practice is full of high intensity and power. She believes in morning routines that gets her pumped for the day. She persued her 200hrs YTT and later a 50hr Yin course in Bali as she began to embrace and appreciate the softer and more meditative aspects of yoga. What started out as just another form of workout has turned into something special in her life. Today, Pam shares her passion at The Faculty. Her high energy yoga classes never fail to leave her students drenched in sweat and energy.
