Being active all her life, Laura’s background as a dancer, trained in ballet, jazz and modern dance where she continued her training and got her teaching certification with the Royal Academy of Dance, UK. Exploring further, she entered the fitness world, and trained in resistance weight training & fitness classes.
In 2003, Laura was introduced to Yoga. Exploring the different styles of yoga and loving the benefits from the practice. She pursued this journey and attained her YTT in 2009. With her background in dance, fitness and yoga, Laura has a strong understanding of body movement and awareness to guide every yogi to love & work with their body capabilities, explore & deepen their practice whilst having fun through their yoga journey.
With over 15,000 hours of teaching in dance, fitness and yoga, her driven passion is to help every individual to learn more about their body and mind through the practice and help them discover what’s best for them and to make each practice their own. Guiding them to optimal alignment, breathing and mindfulness while encouraging them to play and explore.
