Myofascial release is a form of body work that releases restriction in the fascia system. Students will be introduced to techniques on how to use tennis / lacrosse balls to unlock fascial restrictions in common area of tension i.e shoulder/neck, lower back, quads and hips, experience sense of renewal feeling lighter and breathe better. This is a slow paced therapeutic class, a great compliment to any form of physical activity to keep your body functioning as it was intended.

Joann teaches Vinyasa, Yin yoga, Myofascial Release and Aqua Yoga. She dvocates self-love and compassion, as her life experience has enabled her to heal and find joy. Her classes are empowering, inclusive, and celebrate freedom in movements. Joann conducts workshop through local and international platforms, bringing yoga accessible to all.
