About Fee Zard
Fee has been immersed in the practice of mindful movement for over two decades.
She trained as an elite gymnast throughout her childhood but was stopped by injury in her early teens. Following her recovery she turned to dance, going on to travel & teach extensively. In her early twenties, Fee found yoga & was instantly drawn to the practice. She completed her first training in 2014 and has since gone on to train with numerous teachers around the world. Having taught both dance & yoga for number of years she was inspired to combine her unique knowledge & experience together to develop an innovative style of yoga she calls Flowave. Fee has also completed a B. Psych, so her teaching is deeply inspired by how the brain functions & the impacts yoga can have on our mental processing & emotional capacity.
